What is the minimum order?
1 piece. You can order a single fixture or furnish a whole store.
How long does production take?
Standard orders up to one container ship in about 15–25 days. Custom projects are scheduled in your quotation.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to start production, balance before shipment.
How do you ship?
EXW from our factory, or DAP and DDP delivered to your door — DDP includes import duties. Fixtures are flat-packed with assembly drawings and video.
Which colours can we choose?
Frames: seven baked-paint colours at the same price — black, white, light grey, dark grey, silver, sparkle silver and gold. Brushed stainless steel, other plated finishes and special colours are quoted separately. Boards: yellow wood grain and Osmanthus Ironwood as standard; light or dark wood grains and solid colours are custom decors with a minimum order. Logos can be UV-printed or silk-screened, applied as printed film or UV transfer stickers, or made as acrylic, metal or illuminated letters.
Do you help with store design?
Yes. Send a floor plan and we’ll plan the fixtures and send 3D renderings, free of charge.
Can we inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. We welcome third-party inspection arranged by you.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
Missing parts and transport damage are replaced free.
Where do you ship?
Our fixtures go to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North and South America.
