Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to act for yourself or the business you represent.

If you use the website for a company, brand, retailer, purchasing team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Website purpose

The website provides general information about custom display racks, store fixtures, factory capability, project experience, materials, processes, and business services. It allows visitors to request catalogs, quotations, and project discussions.

Website content is provided for preliminary business evaluation. It is not engineering certification, installation advice for a specific site, a binding product specification, or a guarantee that a particular design, material, finish, capacity, price, lead time, or market approval is available.

Quotations, samples, and orders

An inquiry or RFQ does not obligate either party to proceed. A quotation is valid only for the period and scope stated in the quotation. Pricing and feasibility may depend on drawings, dimensions, quantity, material, finish, branding, load requirements, packaging, destination, exchange rates, and production schedule.

No order is accepted until the parties confirm it through an authorized written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance, sales agreement, or other written confirmation from Fengyuan. The specific transaction documents control specifications, tolerances, samples, tooling, ownership of drawings, minimum order quantity, price, taxes, Incoterms, payment, production, inspection, packaging, shipment, installation, warranty, and remedies.

If these website terms conflict with a signed or expressly accepted transaction document, the transaction document controls for that order.

Custom product information

Images, renderings, dimensions, colors, materials, case studies, and descriptions on the website are illustrative. Display settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, material batches, and approved samples can affect appearance. Custom products must be evaluated against approved shop drawings, samples, load requirements, local building rules, installation conditions, and the final written specification.

You are responsible for confirming that requested products, graphics, electrical components, installation methods, and intended use comply with laws, standards, landlord rules, and site conditions in the destination market unless a written agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to Fengyuan.

Your inquiries and submitted materials

You may submit project descriptions, drawings, photographs, PDFs, logos, specifications, and other materials for review. You represent that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right and authority to provide it and authorize its use for the project;
• it does not unlawfully infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights; and
• it does not contain malicious code, unlawful content, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry.

You grant Fengyuan a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, copy, review, translate, adapt, and share submitted materials internally and with necessary service providers or project partners solely to evaluate, quote, develop, produce, deliver, or support the requested project.

Confidentiality

We handle project materials with ordinary business care and limit access to personnel and providers who need them for the inquiry. However, submitting information through the website does not by itself create a nondisclosure agreement or fiduciary duty. Do not submit highly sensitive trade secrets until both parties have signed an appropriate nondisclosure agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions;
• introduce malware, automated spam, destructive code, or excessive traffic;
• scrape, copy, or extract substantial website content for resale, competitive databases, or model training without written permission;
• impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent authority, or submit third-party data without a lawful basis; or
• use our content, name, images, or project references in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or partnership.

Intellectual property and brand references

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fengyuan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download reasonable portions for internal purchasing evaluation, but may not republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. References to ANTA, XTEP, Qiaodan Sports, Lilanz, FILA, Watsons, MINISO, or other brands identify relevant project or service experience only. They do not imply that a brand owns, sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with this website unless expressly stated.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or change without notice. We may modify or discontinue website pages, features, product categories, or downloads at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to email, messaging, hosting, social, map, download, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their providers. Fengyuan is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms, and your use of them is governed by the provider's policies.

Website disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability for a specific project. These disclaimers apply to website use and do not replace any express warranty contained in an accepted sales agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fengyuan and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the website, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any mandatory statutory right. Liability arising from a quotation, sample, product, shipment, or manufacturing order is governed by the applicable transaction documents rather than this website limitation.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material breach of these terms, or submitted material that infringes a third party's rights. This section does not apply to losses caused by Fengyuan's own unlawful conduct.

Suspension of access

We may block or restrict access, reject a submission, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, transfer, retain, and protect personal information. It forms part of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and disputes arising solely from website use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written discussions. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction at Fengyuan's registered location in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China.

Mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be waived. Sales and manufacturing contracts may specify a different governing law, forum, or dispute process, which will control for that transaction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect website, business, or legal changes. The effective date and version at the top identify the current terms. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively alter an accepted sales agreement.

General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer. English is the controlling language of these website terms; any translation is provided for convenience.
