Define the supply boundary
Separate fixtures from flooring, ceilings, lighting infrastructure and other store construction. Mark which structures, accessories, graphics and electrical components belong in our quotation. Site installation is not automatically included.
Turn references into a specification
Confirm overall dimensions, structural parts, materials, visible finishes, mounting interfaces and accessory positions. Reference photographs establish the desired direction; approved drawings and sample details establish the production scope.
Keep repeat orders comparable
Agree which drawing revision, sample, finish reference and hardware list should control the order. For later stores, identify changed sizes and quantities rather than treating the previous store as an identical repeat.
OVERSEAS PROJECTS
Plan receiving as well as display.
For a US destination, include the city and ZIP code, delivery access and whether the receiving team can assemble fixtures. The quote should distinguish fixture price, packing and the agreed freight scope.
- Confirm welded versus knock-down construction for the selected unit.
- Agree surface protection, part labels, hardware packs and assembly references.
- Request packed dimensions and weight after the structure is confirmed.
- Have your local project team review site fixing and any electrical requirements.

Do I need finished CAD drawings before contacting you?+
No. A sketch, product reference or store plan is a useful starting point. Tell us what is fixed and what still needs development. Drawings and production details are confirmed before manufacture.
What are the minimum quantity and lead time?+
These are quoted for the selected structure, materials, finish, sampling work and quantity. Share your required delivery date so the team can review production and shipment planning; no standard lead time is implied by this page.
Can one project combine catalog and custom fixtures?+
Yes. Identify the catalog SKUs you want to retain and the elements that need development. Dimensions, finish coordination, packing and the final fixture list are reviewed together.
