Metal and iron-wood construction
The factory works with steel and iron frames, sheet metal, wire grid, perforated panels, wood boards, laminate, veneer, acrylic, mirrors, graphics, and optional lighting components. Material choices are matched to load, finish expectation, adjustment frequency, packing volume, and the way store teams will install and maintain each fixture.
From buyer reference to production information
Buyers can begin with a store plan, CAD drawing, sketch, product photo, mood reference, or an existing fixture that needs adaptation. The review then identifies dimensions, display capacity, materials, finish, branding, electrical parts, assembly method, target quantity, destination, and required delivery window. These decisions establish a comparable quotation scope.
Built for overseas receiving and installation
A display is not complete when it leaves the workshop. Knock-down structure, surface protection, carton size, hardware packs, spare parts, part labels, pallet plan, and loading sequence all affect the buyer's receiving cost and installation experience. Packing logic is therefore reviewed together with the fixture structure instead of after production.
