Control a whole-store fixture package from drawing review to location-based packing.
Define the package boundary early
A full-store fixture scope may include wall bays, center-floor displays, garment racks, shoe shelves, counters, storage, signs, light structures, mirrors, accessories, and installation hardware. Clarify which elements are included, which drawings control them, and which items are supplied by others before quotations are compared.
Build a repeatable module and finish standard
Store sizes change, but core wall modules, rail positions, shelf systems, island families, colors, wood references, graphics, lighting, and visible details can remain controlled. A representative sample or sample area helps align construction, appearance, merchandising use, assembly, and packing before batch production.
Organize production and packing by rollout need
Multi-store projects benefit from fixture codes, revision control, approved finish records, store quantities, spare hardware, QC photos, carton marks, packing lists, and loading sequence. These references reduce confusion when several fixture families and locations move through production at the same time.
