A useful fixture RFQ starts with the retail environment. Share whether the fixtures are for a brand store, supermarket, exhibition, ecommerce showroom, or sample room. The same product can require different structure, finish, and packing depending on the final use.
Confirm size, material, and finish early
For metal and iron-wood displays, small changes in tube thickness, shelf load, wood board, coating color, lighting, and acrylic parts can change the cost and production method. Clear references help the factory quote faster.
Ask for sample and packing logic
For overseas projects, the sample is not only about appearance. It should also check assembly, screw position, surface protection, carton size, and whether store teams can install the fixtures efficiently.
